Terms & Conditions & Important Information Regarding Equestrian Surfaces :

  • Vivendi can offer advice on arena preparation, ground works and installation prior to purchase if requested.
  • Installation document available upon request.
  • It is the customers responsibility to ensure the ground works are suitable for the type of surface purchased, please ask if you are unsure.
  • EQUI-FIBRE 50 is delivered in bales, loose or bags, an appropriate machine is required by customer to off load as bales weigh approx 500kg, tractors with forks or spikes or fork lifts are used. Appropriate access is required for loose fibre.
  • Customers must advise us if there are access issues for articulated vehicles.
  • Vehicle must be unloaded by customer within one hour of arrival or standing charges from the haulage company may occur.
  • Whilst we will try to ensure we give the most accurate delivery time, haulage conditions out of our control may influence this.
  • Payment must be received prior to dispatch as we pay our haulage companies upfront.
  • Equi-Fibre 50 is made from a blend of post industrial and consumer carpets which goes through hand picking & machine multi magnet process. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the high quality and consistency of the reprocessed carpet it may contain defects which are inherent in the recycling process. It is therefore recommended that customers examine the material when in the process of installation and remove any non carpet material. Due to the fibre being dampened during the shredding process and baled and wrapped / bagged immediately, occasionally there will be a damp smell which will disperse once laid and aired. This will not happen with our Equi-Fibre ULTRA as it is new material.
  • Samples may differ from product delivered as this is a recycled material.
