General Information On Brexit

As we’ve mentioned above, all orders outside of the UK are now subject to a Tax and Duty charge. In order to find out how much these will be, you’ll need to contact your local tax office as these will vary from one country to another. Tax and duty charges out of our control. It is your responsibility, as the customer, to pay these charges. If these charges aren’t paid by yourself, you will not receive your package. By delaying the charge or refusing to pay, your package could be destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund. When you place an order with Vivendi Apparel, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Will My Shipping Options Change?

Your shipping options will remain the same however we’re always working to find the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods possible. It’s worth noting however that you should allow additional shipping time, around two days, if you’re outside of the UK in order to process your tax and duties charges.

Can I refuse To Pay The Charges?

As mentioned above, you can refuse to pay your tax and duty charge however your order will be destroyed. You will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.

How Much Will I Be Charged In Tax & Duties?

Unfortunately we cannot give you a specific value as this can vary in every single country. We recommend contacting your local tax office for more information.

How Do I Pay?

Before delivery, your courier will contact you to pay your outstanding charges and give you instructions on how to do so. Without paying this charge, you will not receive your order.

How Should I Return My Parcel?

When returning a parcel to us from outside of the UK, you must clearly state, ‘UK Return - All Tax & Duties Paid’. By not doing this, we may incur charges which we will not accept. This will result in your parcel not being returned and you not being entitled to a refund or exchange. This is your responsibility. For more information on refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
